Refund and Returns Policy

At TrailTainer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods under the terms outlined below.

1. Right to Cancel and Return

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason for doing so. The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you receive the goods or from the date a third party you have appointed (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the product delivered.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a clear statement via email to: info@trailtainer.com.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue a refund no later than 30 days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement. The processing time to receive returns takes 10 days

2. Conditions for Returns

For your goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The goods are returned in original, undamaged packaging.

However, the following goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods that were made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiry date.
  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, and which were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

3. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please return the products to the following address:

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. A refund will only be issued once the goods are received or we have proof of the return delivery.

4. Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a gift certificate for the same value.

If the goods were not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for future gifting, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.


This policy ensures that you can return any products you’re not fully satisfied with, but we also encourage you to double-check all details before making a purchase, especially for items like shipping containers and horse trailers, which are significant investments.
